About the Role

driven, detail-obsessed HR Operations Intern

You'll be part of the team that keeps VWO's people engine running smoothly - the backbone of every offer letter sent, every new hire onboarded, and every HR process that helps 450+ VWOites do their best work.

This isn't an admin role - it's a ringside seat to how a global SaaS company manages its most valuable asset: its people. You'll learn the systems, routines, and frameworks that define operational excellence in HR, while working with some of the sharpest minds in the business.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily HR operations across onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.
  • Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and databases using Excel/Sheets.
  • Manage backend workflows for HR audits, reports, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate engagement activities, surveys, and communication initiatives.
  • Help streamline HR workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure process consistency.
  • Document updates, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Work directly with the HR Operations team to deliver a seamless employee experience.

This is a hands-on, high-accountability role - you'll handle multiple priorities daily, ensuring that no detail is missed and no task is left hanging.
