• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Update the recruitment database and track applicants.
• Assist in drafting job postings and organizing recruitment events.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA in HR or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
