About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Perform general administrative duties related to HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
