Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern located in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment processes, onboarding, maintaining employee records, organizing employee activities, supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment and hiring processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Recent graduate or final year student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
