Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This is a valuable opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement, all in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles

-Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted applicants

-Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records

-Support the onboarding and induction processes for new hires

-Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and communications

-Handle internal communications and maintain engagement with interns and team members

-Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the HR manager

Requirements:

-Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

-Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

-Good organizational and time management skills

-Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
