About Us

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support in building a strong employer brand by engaging with potential candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team when required.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring is a plus.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
