Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Help draft HR communications, letters, and reports
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations
