Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Indore with some opportunity for work from home. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management tasks. Daily responsibilities include maintaining employee records, addressing HR-related queries, and supporting recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
