Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Gwalior. The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations including assisting with HR Management, developing and implementing HR Policies, coordinating Employee Benefits programs, and handling Personnel Management tasks. The intern will gain practical experience in various human resources functions and contribute to the establishment of an effective HR framework.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience with Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
