The current opening is for HR Intern wherein the member would be responsible for ensuring overall team related compliances / documentations and hirings.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
1. Hiring through various platforms based on requirements and initial screening (through pre-defined questions)
2. Helping improve culture for better team satisfaction/retention
3. Working on team-related month-end documentations, such as Salary Slips & Labour Compliance documentation
4. Working on attendance tracking
5. Working on logistics management for service engineers
Overall this role requires overseeing hiring, general employee compliances and well being initiatives
