Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will assist with daily HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR policies, assisting with employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. The intern will also provide support for HR management activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Understanding and implementation of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
