Type: Full-Time Internship + Long-Term Permanent Opportunity
We are seeking a confident, proactive, and well-spoken HR Intern to support our HR operations, recruitment, and business coordination activities.
This is a performance-based internship with a minimum commitment of 6 months, followed by a full-time permanent role based on consistency, performance, and contribution to organizational growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional mindset, and the flexibility to work across multiple functions as required.
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
2. Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination
3. Handle calling activities with candidates and potential clients for HR services
4. Identify, research, and follow up with potential clients and hiring partners
5. Maintain and update candidate databases, client records, trackers, and reports
6. Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams
7. Manage daily administrative and operational tasks
8. Support cross-functional activities including Business Development, Marketing, and Operations as required

5. Basic knowledge of HR processes with interest in operational work

Knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing, Business Development, Training or related operational areas

2. Must be available full-time from 11am to 9.30pm (2hr break) (Monday to Saturday)
3. Must be willing to commit for 6 months to 1 year
4. Strong communication and people-handling skills are mandatory
