Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for HRIS related matters, including issue tracking, system updates, and end-user support for UKG Workforce Management. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management, which includes tasks such as managing time clocks, timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals. You will troubleshoot time clock issues, maintain time and attendance configurations, and act as a liaison with customer support for HRIS technology cases. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training documents, and workflows. As part of your responsibilities, you will also draft and execute detailed test scenarios for system changes and upgrades, support HRIS projects such as new module rollouts, upgrades, and integrations, and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions by developing timelines and monitoring progress. It will be essential to identify and escalate issues, track risks, and follow through on corrective actions. Furthermore, you will conduct training sessions for staff, managers, and end-users on new system features and best practices. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst with functional and technical expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos). You must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, actively seek information to understand customers" needs, and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, as well as experience supporting U.S.-based teams and working independently in a global, remote HR or shared services environment. Moreover, familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance in timekeeping systems, strong attention to detail, documentation, and stakeholder management, as well as proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel and UKG reports are essential for this role. Experience with query tools or SQL is a plus. Preferred qualifications include UKG Ready New Administrator Training, UKG Pro Workforce Management Training, and Kronos Workforce Dimensions Training. The working hours for this role are aligned with the US shift, from 07:00 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.,
