Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and offline channels
• Screen and shortlist profiles for technical and non-technical roles
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Work closely with founders to understand hiring needs
• Conduct initial HR interviews for culture fit and attitude
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and confirmations
• Manage attendance, daily activity logs, and discipline guidelines
• Assist in creating HR policies, processes, and basic documentation
• Handle employee queries and daily HR support tasks
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and team activities
• Support payroll inputs, performance tracking, and incentive data
• Contribute to culture-building, motivation, and engagement
• Create reports, HR dashboards, and documentation
