Human Resources (HR) Internship

The selected intern will be responsible for supporting, building, and executing a robust post-offer engagement plan with the hiring team, ensuring that candidate experience is prioritized. They will also be in charge of planning and implementing an effective onboarding process for new hires, as well as coordinating joining formalities. Additionally, the intern will organize and execute monthly employee connects, town hall meetings, and unplugged sessions. Furthermore, the intern will provide support with exit management and assist in preparing employee survey reports. They will be required to liaise with external vendors such as background verification agencies, vendor management organizations, procurement teams, and engagement vendors to ensure that all requirements are met in accordance with client and internal expectations. Moreover, the intern will support governance groups across people services and handle employee lifecycle process data management as necessary. They will also participate in all organizational-level HR initiatives, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
