Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Share comprehensive details about the role and the company to ensure transparency and clarity for candidates.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized database of all screened candidates, ensuring profiles are well-documented and accessible for team review.
  • Provide proactive suggestions to improve the hiring process or enhance the candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on trends in recruitment and event management to bring fresh ideas and insights to the team.
