Key Responsibilities

  • Working on Compliances, Including PF/ESI, etc.
  • Utilize MS-Excel to maintain employee records and generate reports for HR metrics.
  • Support employee orientation and training programs to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with HR team to address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help organize and facilitate employee engagement events and activities.
  • Use MS-Word to draft HR policies, procedures, and communications for distribution.
  • Gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and projects to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
