Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Support the onboarding process by preparing new employee paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with new information. Assist with employee relations tasks, such as organizing team-building activities and addressing employee concerns. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, including performance management and training programs. Utilize MS-Office, especially Excel, to create and update spreadsheets for HR metrics and data analysis. Enhance your communication skills by drafting emails, memos, and other HR-related documents with proficiency in written English.
