About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates 3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs 4. Administer compensation and benefits plans 5. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies 6. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management 7. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives 8. Manage employee training and development programs 9. Maintain employee records and HR databases 10. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role 2. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 7. Proficient in HR software and MS Office 8. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field 9.
