About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Access and review resumes received through the official HR email ID 2. Shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements and organizational needs 3. Make follow-up calls to selected candidates for preliminary screening 4. Schedule and arrange 4-6 interviews per day for various departments 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interview status, and feedback 6. Coordinate with department heads and the interview panel for smooth interview scheduling 7. Follow up with candidates post-interview regarding the outcome or next steps 8. Support HR documentation and database management as required Performance Expectation: 1. Daily Target: 4-6 interviews successfully scheduled and conducted 2. Timely reporting and maintenance of recruitment tracker 3. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic email correspondence 4. Strong organizational and follow-up skills 5. Ability to multitask and handle daily targets 6.
