Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure documentation compliance. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, events, and training programs. Administer leave and attendance records and ensure accurate payroll inputs. Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal use. Support the performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
