Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Chennai. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company practices. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment, maintaining personnel records, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. This is a long term role with a minimum working period for 12 months. Its a 6 day working organization from Monday to Saturday. Timings are from 10-30 to 7 for women and from 10-30 to 7-30 for men. As part of our commitment policy, the company collects one original document at the time of joining. this document will be safely stored and returned to the employees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
• Experience with HR Management and HR Policies implementation
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus
