Human Resources Generalist

As an HR Generalist at Geek Web Solution, located in Sumul Dairy Road, Surat, with over 2 years of experience in the IT industry, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, conducting onboarding and induction processes, maintaining HR policies and records, supporting performance management, handling employee queries, planning engagement activities, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with management and technical teams for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. - Conduct onboarding, documentation, and induction for new joiners. - Maintain HR policies, employee records, attendance, and leave management. - Support performance management and appraisal cycles. - Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities. - Ensure compliance with HR processes and company guidelines. - Collaborate with management and technical teams for smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the IT industry. - Strong understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with Superworks HRMS tool is a great plus. - Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
