Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Human Resources Generalist Interns located in Lucknow. Interns will be involved in a variety of tasks including assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and supporting benefits administration. Additionally, interns will help maintain employee records and support various HR-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Skills in HR Management and developing HR Policies
  • Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
