Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tele calling Intern, located on-site in Lucknow. The Tele calling Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential clients, collecting feedback, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate call records. This role involves script reading, responding to inquiries, and providing information about Shikshart's services effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Telemarketing, Cold Calling, and Customer Service experience
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
