Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist with job requisitions, postings, and candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, and support assessments.
• Facilitate induction and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Mandatory hiring requirement: 10 paid international clients and 3 paid national clients during tenure.
