Human Resources Executive

We&aposre looking for an HR Executive cum Admin Assistant

Location: Indore | Experience: 45 years | In-office only

Were a design-led creative agency working with global brands in FMCG and high jewelleryfrom Singapore to London. Were not chasing growth at any cost. Were more interested in building thoughtful work, surrounded by good people who take pride in what they do.

Youll work closely with our Client Servicing Manager and support a team thats unusually bright, refreshingly collaborative, and quite serious about staying happy.

What youll do:

Write and post job ads that reflect who we are

Screen applicants and coordinate interviews

Manage offers, onboarding, and team engagement

Help run the appraisal process, end to end

Keep documents, databases, and schedules in order

Occasionally assist with travel bookings, vendor coordination, and basic office tasks

What we&aposre looking for:

45 years of experience in HR or people ops, with some admin exposure

A calm head, a kind heart, and a keen sense of organisation
