Role Overview: You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 13 years of experience to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. Your role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. - Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. - Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. - Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes. - Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Support HR audits and reporting requirements.
