Human Resources Executive / Manager

As a Travel Industry HR Specialist, your role involves handling various HR functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Here are the key responsibilities you will be responsible for: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for travel consultants, ticketing staff, operations executives, etc. - Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offer rollouts. - Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs effectively. - Maintain attendance and leave records accurately. - Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws such as ESIC, PF, etc. - Training & Development: - Identify training needs and organize sessions for enhancing product knowledge (destinations, visa updates, CRM tools). - Develop and maintain skill development plans for the staff. - Employee Relations & Engagement: - Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary. - Plan and execute team-building activities and recognition programs. - Foster a positive and productive workplace culture. - HR Policies & Documentation: - Create and implement HR policies tailored to the travel industry, including aspects like shift timings and incentive schemes. - Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and other documentation efficiently. - Exit Formalities: - Manage the exit process, including resignations, full and final settlements, and exit interviews. Additionally, as part of this role, you will be working full-time in a day shift at the company's physical office location.
