Human Resources Executive / Manager

Job Summary: As a part of the team, your main responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding processes for travel consultants, ticketing staff, operations executives, and other relevant roles. This involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, from coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, to making offer rollouts. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing employee onboarding and induction programs, maintaining attendance and leave records, and ensuring compliance with statutory labor laws such as ESIC and PF. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions to enhance staff product knowledge, such as destinations, visa updates, and CRM tools. It will also be your duty to maintain skill development plans for the employees. In terms of employee relations and engagement, you will address employee grievances, mediate conflict resolution, organize team-building activities, and recognition programs. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture within the organization. You will be involved in drafting and implementing HR policies tailored to the travel industry, covering aspects like shift timings, incentive schemes, and more. Keeping track of employee records, contracts, and documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Lastly, you will handle exit formalities, including resignations, full and final settlements, and exit interviews in a professional and efficient manner. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift working hours, and the work location is in person.,
