Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Kochi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing and monitoring HR policies, and handling various human resources activities. The candidate will also contribute to creating a collaborative and supportive work environment within the organization.

Qualifications

1Year Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus
Proficiency in HR-related software and tool.
