Human Resources Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager with 34 years of relevant experience to manage and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's strategic goals through effective HR planning, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management processes
• Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures when required
• Monitor and support training and development programs
• Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely processing
• Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Stay updated with HR trends, tools, and best practices
• Lead HR policy revisions and ensure consistent application across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
• 34 years of experience in core HR functions
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, BambooHR, etc.)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring
