Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Executive in the Hospitality sector. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
