About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in setting up and managing teams for Recruitment and Sales operations while handling end-to-end HR and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage recruitment or sales teams to support business growth.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll, invoice processing, and HR documentation.
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and meet staffing goals.
• Maintain employee records and support performance management initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment Operations (preferably in a staffing agency).
• Strong understanding of invoicing, payroll, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently and set up functional teams from scratch.

Pay: ₹12,557.63 - ₹33,925.83 per month
