Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
