Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Franchise Executive located in Surat. The Franchise Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's franchise operations, developing business relationships with potential franchisees, and ensuring the successful operation of franchise outlets on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise store set up and management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Knowledge of the snack food industry and market trends
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Work Experience: 1-2 Yrs (Freshers Can Apply)
