Role Overview

Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salary/benefits, and finalize offer letters.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Track and report on employee performance, attendance, and other key HR metrics.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a healthy workplace culture through open communication and employee support.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, including

    Fun Fridays, team-building events, and innovative games/activities

  • Address workplace issues and grievances promptly and professionally.

HR Policies & Reporting

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies in line with company standards.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment data, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in

    Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in an HR role (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of

    HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations

    .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with

    ATS systems

    and HR reporting tools.
  • Ability to maintain balance between performance-driven culture and employee engagement.
