Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and contribute to effective HR management. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure the organization meets its workforce and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Solid understanding and expertise in core Human Resources (HR) functions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee concerns
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
