This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources & Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad. As the Executive, you will play a pivotal role in Human Resource Development, Business Development, HR & Client Management, and Employer Branding tasks on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities include: - Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resource Development and Business Development - Possessing knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management - Excelling in communication and interpersonal skills - Effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks - Handling both HR and Business Development Executive responsibilities - Generating leads, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews - Managing employment aspects such as leave, attendance, and performance management - Overseeing operations after the company's director It is important to note: - This role is not a standard 9 to 5 job. As an HRBP, you will oversee all HR and Business Operations. - There may be instances where you are required to stay back for meetings, so flexibility in timings is essential. - The salary range offered is up to 20k, reserved for exceptional and skilled professionals, with a minimum of 12k-20k for others. - Your location is not a constraint for this position. - If family opinions significantly influence your decisions, we request you to bring a family member to accompany you for the interview.
