Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in Noida. The Human Resources Associate will handle daily HR operations, manage employee relations, administration and facilitate training and development programs. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and some administration work. Additional duties include supporting the HR team in implementing strategies to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
