Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Mettur Taluka. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing clerical support to executives. Additionally, the role involves handling phone calls with proper etiquette, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be an advantage
