As a Human Resources (HR) professional at Rhythm Natural Mineral Water, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and maintaining positive employee relations. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your strong HR Management skills to oversee various HR functions - Managing HR operations efficiently and effectively - Developing and implementing HR policies that align with the company's objectives - Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with employees - Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals - Showcasing problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities when required To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills - Proficiency in HR Operations and handling employee relations - Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus - Experience 1 to 2+ Years. Freshers with MBA - HR degree may also apply - Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Bangalore.
