Sr. Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager– HORECA (East - North East - North Bengal)

🔹 Role Summary
Lead sales and distribution across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs & Caterers. Drive HORECA acquisition, visibility, and strong brand presence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales, volume & distribution targets.
Acquire premium/mid-scale hotels, restaurants & cafés.
Build strong relations with F&B teams, chefs & purchase heads.
Ensure product placement.
Manage and grow HORECA distributors.
Track orders, stock, credit & secondary sales.
Conduct market visits, competitor checks & activations.
Execute sampling, promotions & visibility plans.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
🔹 Requirements
Graduate; MBA preferred
5+ yrs HORECA sales experience
Strong East region HORECA network
Excellent negotiation, communication & distributor management
Strong in report management
