We're looking for a results-oriented professional to drive key HR functions. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and streamline onboarding processes. Foster positive employee relations and address concerns effectively. Implement performance management processes and conduct regular reviews. Develop and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance. Administer employee benefits programs and resolve inquiries promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. 3-5 years of HR experience with expertise in recruitment and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
