Job Description

Role Overview:

bulk and high-volume hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
mass recruitment campaigns
for frontline roles such as shift manager , and store incharge.
Collaborate with cluster managers and HR partners to assess manpower requirements and plan hiring drives accordingly.
Source candidates through job fairs, walk-ins, local community outreach, job portals, and social media.
Conduct large-scale screening, group interviews, and onboarding sessions.
Maintain accurate hiring trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor hiring SLAs and attrition trends.
Build and manage a robust candidate database for recurring and seasonal hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and documentation standards.
Promote the employer brand through local engagement and candidate experience initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-2 years of experience in
bulk hiring
, preferably in QSR, retail, logistics, or hospitality.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring drives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS, Excel-based hiring trackers, and recruitment analytics.
