Human Resource Recruiter Intern

Role Overview:

As a Recruiter Intern, you will support our HR team in managing the end-to-end hiring cycle. Youll gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates while learning the fundamentals of recruitment in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews
• Assist in managing candidate pipelines and tracking applications
• Coordinate with hiring managers for role requirements and feedback
• Support in-campus hiring drives and fresher recruitment activities
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in building a career in HR and recruitment
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
