Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full recruitment cycle from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
