Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, etc.
  • 1-6 years of experience in BPO hiring or lateral hiring.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
