Job Description

Role & responsibilities

End-to-end
recruitment process management
: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Candidate engagement
: Conduct initial calls, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
Offer management
: Salary negotiation, preparing offer letters, and ensuring smooth joining process.
Onboarding support
: Coordinating with HR Operations for joining formalities and documentation.
Client / Stakeholder coordination
: Liaising with project managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Database management
: Maintaining candidate records, tracking pipelines, and updating recruitment MIS.
Ensure
compliance with company policies
and support HR operations as needed.
Handle
multiple positions and urgent requirements
efficiently, especially for EPC / Oil & Gas / Solar / IPMS / Construction sectors.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
2+ years in
HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
, preferably in
EPC / Oil & Gas / Solar / Construction / IPMS / Industrial sectors
.
Work Experience:
Handling
plant / industrial / project-based recruitment
is a plus.
Notice Period:
Immediate joiner (max 7 - 9 days).
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; HR specialization is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong
end-to-end recruitment skills
(sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work in
hybrid work mode
(3 WFO + 3 WFH) and manage
urgent requirements
.
Familiarity with
HR tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and candidate databases
.
Comfortable working in
fast-paced / project-oriented environments
.
