Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (IT and Non-IT).
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various channels.
  • Handle offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain HR databases and candidate records in the ATS (Keka or other tools).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and business needs.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employer branding, employee engagement, and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in IT recruitment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
